Questions people actually ask
Why do we start with a call?
Two reasons. It’s ABAP source code that installs inside your ERP, so we confirm who we’re sending it to. And your license key is issued for your specific system, so we need a few details from you to generate it. Twenty minutes, with an engineer.
Is this a sales call?
No. We cover who you are, your SAP release, where you’ll install it, and what you want to expose first, so the instructions you get are the ones that apply to you. We won’t ask about budget, timeline, or approvals, and we won’t raise pricing unless you do. Bring your Basis lead if it helps.
What happens when the 90 days end?
The license key expires and the connector stops responding to API calls, it returns an expiry message instead of data. That’s the only thing that changes. Nothing is deleted, no data is touched, and your SAP system carries on exactly as before. There’s no payment method on file, so nothing can be charged and nothing converts automatically. If you want to keep going, we issue a new key and it starts responding again, no reinstall, no reconfiguration, and everything you set up during the trial is still there. If you’d rather stop, deactivate the connector and external access ends immediately; ask us and we’ll send the steps to remove the package entirely.
Can we trial it in production?
No. DEV or QA only. Evaluate it somewhere a mistake costs nothing, then move to production once you’ve decided.
